Appku Turista – sprievodca po horách (ďalej „appka“) vydáva spoločnosť Dorotty, s. r. o. Tu sa dozviete, aké údaje appka spracúva, kam a prečo odchádzajú, ako dlho sa uchovávajú a aké máte práva.
Stručne
Appka nemá účty ani prihlásenie, reklamy, analytiku ani sledovanie a neobsahuje nákupy. Nemá ani vlastný server na údaje používateľov.
Hľadanie cieľa aj výpočet trás prebiehajú priamo v mobile. Uložené túry, nastavenia a mapy trás ostávajú len v mobile, nemáme k nim prístup.
Polohu appka používa len na obrazovke vlastnej navigácie „Turista offline“, na obrazovke Bezpečnosť a v nástrojoch (kompas, výškomer, Aký to je kopec), nikdy nie na pozadí, a nikam ju neposiela.
Fotoaparát (len v nástroji Aký to je kopec) a snímače mobilu (natočenie, kompas, barometer) appka spracúva len v mobile, nič nenahráva a nikam neposiela.
Na počasie posiela službe Open-Meteo súradnice štartu a najvyššieho bodu trasy zaokrúhlené na približne 1 km – nie vašu polohu.
Mapu sťahuje zo služby OpenFreeMap a z nášho mapového servera, výstrahy SHMÚ z verejného kanála MeteoAlarm. Tieto služby dostanú len samotnú požiadavku a IP adresu zariadenia.
1. Kto spracúva údaje
Prevádzkovateľom je spoločnosť Dorotty, s. r. o., so sídlom M. R. Štefánika 1066/6, 018 41 Dubnica nad Váhom, IČO 46 651 951, zapísaná v Obchodnom registri Okresného súdu Trenčín, oddiel: Sro, vložka č. 26160/R (ďalej „my“).
Kontakt pre otázky k osobným údajom: info@dorotty.cloud. Zodpovednú osobu sme neurčili, keďže nám túto povinnosť článok 37 nariadenia GDPR neukladá.
2. Údaje, ktoré ostávajú v mobile
Poloha zariadenia (GPS): vlastná navigácia „Turista offline“ (poloha na mape, pokyny na trase, upozornenie pri zídení z trasy), vaše súradnice na obrazovke Bezpečnosť na nadiktovanie dispečerovi a nástroje: kompas (zemepisný sever a smer k vybranému cieľu), výškomer (nadmorská výška podľa GPS a značeného chodníka) a Aký to je kopec (výhľad z miesta, kde stojíte). Poloha je len v pamäti mobilu, kým je niektorá z týchto obrazoviek otvorená; neukladá sa a nikam sa neposiela.
Obraz z fotoaparátu: v nástroji Aký to je kopec appka zobrazuje živý obraz zadnej kamery a k nemu mená vrcholov vypočítané v mobile. Obraz sa nenahráva ani neposiela. Aby mená sedeli aj pri nepresnom kompase, appka, keď mobil držíte v pokoji, urobí tichú zmenšenú snímku, v mobile ju porovná s vypočítaným obzorom a hneď ju zmaže. Keď obraz zastavíte tlačidlom, fotka je v dočasnej pamäti mobilu, kým sa nevrátite k živému obrazu alebo nezatvoríte obrazovku; ak ju chcete poslať, otvorí sa systémové zdieľanie (bod 5).
Snímače mobilu (natočenie a pohyb, magnetometer, barometer): smer a sklon mobilu pre kompas a Aký to je kopec, tlak vzduchu pre výškomer. Spracúvajú sa len v pamäti mobilu, kým je obrazovka otvorená; nikam sa neposielajú. Výškomer si pamätá len dorovnanie barometra a priebeh výšky do zatvorenia appky.
Zorné pole kamery: appka si ho v mobile zapamätá, keď ho zistí pri zarovnávaní podľa obzoru alebo keď ho zmeníte štipnutím, aby mená sedeli aj nabudúce. Posun mien prstom platí len do zatvorenia obrazovky.
Hľadaný cieľ a vypočítané trasy: výstupy, okruhy a prechody sa počítajú v mobile zo siete chodníkov, ktorá je súčasťou appky. To, čo hľadáte, sa nikam neposiela.
Moje túry (cieľ, štart, dátum a čas odchodu): zoznam uložených túr. Sú v mobile, kým túru nezmažete alebo appku neodinštalujete.
Pripomienka túry: ak ste upozornenia povolili, deň pred túrou o 18:00 príde upozornenie s cieľom, štartom a časom odchodu. Naplánuje ho systém mobilu, nič sa pritom neposiela cez internet; so zmazaním túry sa zruší.
Mapa trasy stiahnutá do mobilu: mapa a navigácia bez signálu. Je v mobile do odinštalovania appky.
Stiahnuté predpovede počasia a výstrahy: aby ste ich mali aj bez signálu. Po dni túry ich appka pri ďalšom spustení zmaže.
Nastavenia (jazyk, tempo chôdze, predvolený čas odchodu, spôsob navigácie, zorné pole kamery): fungovanie appky. Sú v mobile do odinštalovania appky.
Tieto údaje sa neodosielajú na naše servery a nemáme k nim prístup. Odinštalovaním appky sa z mobilu natrvalo zmažú. Ak máte zapnutú zálohu mobilu (iCloud, Google), môže záloha obsahovať aj údaje appky podľa nastavení vášho mobilu.
3. Čo appka posiela na internet
Open-Meteo (api.open-meteo.com) – na predpoveď počasia na deň túry dostane súradnice štartu a najvyššieho bodu vybranej trasy zaokrúhlené na približne 1 km, ich nadmorskú výšku a dátum túry. Nie vašu polohu.
MeteoAlarm (feeds.meteoalarm.org) – na výstrahy SHMÚ dostane len požiadavku na verejný zoznam výstrah pre Slovensko a na úplný text výstrah pre okresy na trase. Ktoré výstrahy sa týkajú trasy, appka vyberá v mobile.
OpenFreeMap (tiles.openfreemap.org) a náš mapový server na Cloudflare, ktorý zdieľame s našou appkou Divočina (divocina.dorotty.cloud, mapa.divocina.dorotty.cloud) – na zobrazenie mapy a stiahnutie mapy trasy do mobilu dostanú požiadavku na časť mapy (súradnice mapových dlaždíc), ktorú si prezeráte alebo sťahujete.
Ako pri každej požiadavke na internete vidí každá z týchto služieb aj IP adresu vášho zariadenia a technické údaje o pripojení (čas, typ požiadavky). Appka im neposiela identifikátor zariadenia, meno ani iný údaj, ktorý by vás identifikoval. Pri vlastnej navigácii ukazuje mapa okolie miesta, kde práve ste, takže z požiadavky na túto časť mapy sa dá odvodiť oblasť, v ktorej sa nachádzate (nie vaše presné súradnice). Komunikácia je šifrovaná (HTTPS). Kto tieto služby prevádzkuje, je v bode 8.
4. Odkazy do iných appiek a na weby
Tieto odkazy sa otvoria, až keď na ne ťuknete. Potom už údaje spracúva daná appka alebo web podľa svojich zásad, nie my.
Mapy.com (appka alebo web tretej strany) – navigácia po trase, „Autom na štart“ a ubytovanie na mape. Odkaz obsahuje súradnice štartu, prechodových bodov a cieľa trasy, prípadne zobrazeného miesta – nie vašu polohu. Pri „Autom na štart“ obsahuje len súradnice štartu trasy; odkiaľ cestu naplánovať, určia Mapy.com samy podľa vašich nastavení v ich appke.
Google Mapy – „Verejnou dopravou“: odkaz obsahuje súradnice štartu trasy.
Ubytovanie – web, telefón alebo e-mail zariadenia podľa OpenStreetMap. Za tieto odkazy nedostávame províziu.
App Store a Google Play – stránka oficiálnej appky Horská záchranná služba a našej appky Inverzia. Ak Inverziu máte nainštalovanú, appka ju otvorí priamo na vyhliadke.
Weby laviny.sk, hzs.sk a tanap.sk a weby zdrojov údajov uvedené v appke v časti Zdroje a licencie.
Tlačidlá 18 300 a 112 len otvoria vytáčanie v telefóne. Hovor ide cez vášho mobilného operátora, nie cez nás.
5. Zdieľanie a nahlásenie chyby
Poslať polohu (Bezpečnosť), Poslať GPX (detail trasy) a zdieľanie fotky s menami vrcholov či obrázka výhľadu (Aký to je kopec) otvoria systémovú ponuku zdieľania. Komu a ako správu alebo súbor pošlete, rozhodujete vy, my nič nedostaneme. Správa s polohou obsahuje vaše súradnice, presnosť GPS a odkaz na miesto v Mapy.com, súbor GPX trasu so štartom a cieľom a obrázok výhľadu fotku alebo 3D obraz krajiny s menami vrcholov (bez súradníc).
Nahlásiť chybu v trase alebo v appke (Nastavenia) otvorí váš e-mailový program so správou na info@dorotty.cloud, v predmete je verzia appky. E-mail odošlete vy. Vašu adresu a obsah správy spracujeme len na vybavenie požiadavky.
6. Povolenia
Poloha (len pri používaní appky): appka o ňu požiada až na obrazovke vlastnej navigácie, Bezpečnosť alebo v nástrojoch. Polohu na pozadí nepoužíva. Bez povolenia ostatné funkcie fungujú, len vlastná navigácia, súradnice v Bezpečnosti a výhľad z miesta, kde stojíte, nie (kompas ukáže magnetický sever). Povolenie môžete kedykoľvek odobrať – na iPhone: Nastavenia → Súkromie a bezpečnosť → Polohové služby → Turista; v systéme Android: Nastavenia → Aplikácie → Turista → Povolenia → Poloha.
Fotoaparát: len v nástroji Aký to je kopec, appka oň požiada až tam. Bez povolenia ukáže výhľad ako 3D obraz krajiny. Mikrofón appka nepoužíva. Povolenie odoberiete v nastaveniach mobilu (Turista → Fotoaparát).
Pohyb a kondícia (iPhone): výškomer číta barometer cez systémové rozhranie pohybu. Krokomer ani údaje o aktivite appka nepoužíva. V systéme Android snímače povolenie nepotrebujú.
Upozornenia: pripomienka uloženej túry. Appka o ne požiada pri uložení túry; bez nich sa túra uloží, len bez pripomienky. Vypnete ich v nastaveniach mobilu.
Vibrácia: upozornenie pri vlastnej navigácii, keď zídete z trasy.
Internet: mapa, počasie a výstrahy (bod 3).
7. Právny základ
Plnenie zmluvy (čl. 6 ods. 1 písm. b) GDPR) – funkcie, o ktoré požiadate: počasie a výstrahy pre vybranú trasu, mapa, navigácia a pripomienka túry.
Súhlas (čl. 6 ods. 1 písm. a) GDPR) – poloha zariadenia a fotoaparát, ktoré povolíte systémovým povolením. Súhlas môžete kedykoľvek odvolať v nastaveniach mobilu bez vplyvu na zákonnosť predchádzajúceho spracúvania.
Oprávnený záujem (čl. 6 ods. 1 písm. f) GDPR) – prevádzka a bezpečnosť mapového servera a vybavenie vašich e-mailov.
8. Komu sa údaje dostanú a prenos mimo EÚ
Údaje nepredávame a neposkytujeme ich na marketingové účely. V rozsahu opísanom v bodoch 3 a 4 sa dostanú k týmto poskytovateľom:
Cloudflare, Inc. (USA) – pre nás ako sprostredkovateľ prevádzkuje mapový server a túto webovú stránku. Dostane len požiadavku na časť mapy alebo na stránku, bez cookies a bez sledovania návštevníkov. Prenos do USA prebieha na základe rozhodnutia o primeranosti v rámci EU–U.S. Data Privacy Framework alebo štandardných zmluvných doložiek v zmluve o spracúvaní.
Open-Meteo – prevádzkuje ho OpenMeteo GmbH so sídlom vo Švajčiarsku, ktoré má podľa rozhodnutia Európskej komisie primeranú úroveň ochrany údajov; podľa svojho webu má servery v Európe a v Severnej Amerike. Je to služba tretej strany, ktorá údaje spracúva podľa vlastných podmienok. Podľa nich môže na prevádzku a ochranu pred zneužitím uchovávať záznamy požiadaviek vrátane IP adresy a súradníc najviac 90 dní.
OpenFreeMap – prevádzkuje ho Hyperknot Software Kft. (Maďarsko) podľa vlastných zásad: nepoužíva cookies, IP adresy neukladá do záznamov o prístupe, záznamy servera maže po 7 dňoch (pri bezpečnostnom incidente najneskôr po 30 dňoch) a na doručovanie môže využívať sieť Cloudflare.
MeteoAlarm – služba EUMETNET, združenia európskych národných meteorologických služieb.
Apple a Google – App Store a Google Play zabezpečujú inštaláciu a aktualizácie appky a údaje pri tom spracúvajú ako samostatní prevádzkovatelia podľa svojich zásad. Ak v mobile povolíte zdieľanie analytiky alebo diagnostiky s vývojármi, môžu nám poskytnúť súhrnné štatistiky a hlásenia o pádoch appky bez vašej identifikácie.
9. Ako dlho údaje uchovávame
Údaje v mobile (bod 2): kým ich nezmažete v appke alebo appku neodinštalujete. Polohu, obraz z fotoaparátu ani údaje snímačov appka neukladá – snímky na zarovnanie a zastavený obraz sú len dočasné súbory, ktoré appka sama zmaže.
E-maily: do vybavenia požiadavky a potom najviac dva roky.
Technické údaje u poskytovateľov služieb (bod 3): podľa ich zásad, napríklad Open-Meteo najviac 90 dní a OpenFreeMap spravidla 7 dní. Technické údaje z nášho mapového servera nepoužívame na vašu identifikáciu.
10. Vaše práva
Máte právo na prístup k údajom, ich opravu, vymazanie, obmedzenie spracúvania, prenosnosť, právo namietať proti spracúvaniu na základe oprávneného záujmu a kedykoľvek odvolať súhlas (povolenie polohy či fotoaparátu vypnete v nastaveniach mobilu). Údaje z appky sú len vo vašom mobile, preto ich nemáme a nevieme ich poskytnúť ani vymazať – zmažete ich sami v appke alebo odinštalovaním appky. Žiadosť alebo otázku pošlite na info@dorotty.cloud, odpovieme najneskôr do 30 dní.
Ak si myslíte, že údaje spracúvame v rozpore so zákonom, môžete podať návrh na Úrad na ochranu osobných údajov Slovenskej republiky, Hraničná 12, 820 07 Bratislava, dataprotection.gov.sk.
11. Deti
Appka nie je určená deťom mladším ako 16 rokov a vedome nespracúvame ich osobné údaje.
12. Zmeny
Zásady môžeme upraviť, napríklad pri nových funkciách. Aktuálne znenie je vždy na tejto adrese a jeho účinnosť je uvedená pri nadpise. O podstatných zmenách vás vopred upozorníme v appke.

Turista – mountain hiking guide (the “app”) is published by Dorotty, s. r. o. Here you will find out what data the app processes, where they go and why, how long they are kept and what rights you have.
In short
The app has no accounts or sign-in, no ads, no analytics and no tracking, and it contains no purchases. It also has no server of its own for user data.
Searching for a destination and calculating routes take place directly on your phone. Saved hikes, settings and route maps stay only on your phone; we have no access to them.
The app uses your location only on the screen of its own navigation, “Turista offline”, on the Safety screen and in the tools (compass, altimeter, What’s that peak?), never in the background, and does not send it anywhere.
The app processes images from the camera (only in the What’s that peak? tool) and data from the phone’s sensors (orientation, compass, barometer) only on the phone; it records nothing and sends nothing anywhere.
For the weather, it sends the Open-Meteo service the coordinates of the start and of the highest point of the route, rounded to about 1 km – not your location.
It downloads the map from the OpenFreeMap service and from our map server, and the weather warnings of SHMÚ (the Slovak Hydrometeorological Institute) from the public MeteoAlarm feed. These services receive only the request itself and the device’s IP address.
1. Who processes the data
The controller is Dorotty, s. r. o., with its registered office at M. R. Štefánika 1066/6, 018 41 Dubnica nad Váhom, Slovakia, company ID (IČO) 46 651 951, registered in the Commercial Register of the District Court Trenčín, section Sro, file no. 26160/R (“we”).
Contact for questions about personal data: info@dorotty.cloud. We have not appointed a data protection officer, as Article 37 GDPR does not require us to do so.
2. Data that stay on your phone
Device location (GPS): the app’s own navigation, “Turista offline” (your position on the map, directions along the route, a warning when you leave the route), your coordinates on the Safety screen to read out to the dispatcher, and the tools: compass (true north and the direction to a chosen destination), altimeter (altitude based on GPS and the marked trail) and What’s that peak? (the view from where you are standing). The location is held only in the phone’s memory while one of these screens is open; it is not stored and is not sent anywhere.
Camera image: in the What’s that peak? tool, the app shows the live image from the rear camera together with the names of peaks calculated on the phone. The image is not recorded or sent. So that the names fit even when the compass is inaccurate, the app takes a silent, reduced-size snapshot when you hold the phone still, compares it on the phone with the calculated horizon and deletes it immediately. When you freeze the image with the button, the photo stays in the phone’s temporary storage until you return to the live image or close the screen; if you want to send it, the system share sheet opens (section 5).
Phone sensors (orientation and motion, magnetometer, barometer): the direction and tilt of the phone for the compass and What’s that peak?, and air pressure for the altimeter. They are processed only in the phone’s memory while the screen is open; they are not sent anywhere. The altimeter remembers only the barometer calibration and the altitude history until the app is closed.
Camera field of view: the app remembers it on the phone when it determines it while aligning to the horizon or when you change it by pinching, so that the names fit next time too. Moving the names with your finger applies only until the screen is closed.
Searched destination and calculated routes: ascents, loops and traverses are calculated on the phone from the trail network that is part of the app. What you search for is not sent anywhere.
My hikes (destination, start, date and departure time): the list of saved hikes. They stay on the phone until you delete the hike or uninstall the app.
Hike reminder: if you have allowed notifications, a notification with the destination, start and departure time arrives at 18:00 the day before the hike. It is scheduled by the phone’s system and nothing is sent over the internet; it is cancelled when you delete the hike.
Route map downloaded to the phone: map and navigation without signal. It stays on the phone until the app is uninstalled.
Downloaded weather forecasts and warnings: so that you have them even without signal. After the day of the hike, the app deletes them the next time it is started.
Settings (language, walking pace, default departure time, navigation method, camera field of view): for the app to work. They stay on the phone until the app is uninstalled.
These data are not sent to our servers and we have no access to them. Uninstalling the app permanently deletes them from the phone. If you have phone backup turned on (iCloud, Google), the backup may also contain the app’s data, depending on your phone’s settings.
3. What the app sends over the internet
Open-Meteo (api.open-meteo.com) – for the weather forecast for the day of the hike, it receives the coordinates of the start and of the highest point of the selected route, rounded to about 1 km, their elevation and the date of the hike. Not your location.
MeteoAlarm (feeds.meteoalarm.org) – for SHMÚ warnings, it receives only a request for the public list of warnings for Slovakia and for the full text of the warnings for the districts along the route. The app selects on the phone which warnings concern the route.
OpenFreeMap (tiles.openfreemap.org) and our map server on Cloudflare, which we share with our Divočina app (divocina.dorotty.cloud, mapa.divocina.dorotty.cloud) – to display the map and to download the route map to the phone, they receive a request for the part of the map (the coordinates of map tiles) that you are viewing or downloading.
As with any request on the internet, each of these services also sees your device’s IP address and technical connection data (time, type of request). The app does not send them a device identifier, your name or any other data that would identify you. During the app’s own navigation, the map shows the surroundings of where you are, so the area you are in (not your exact coordinates) can be inferred from the request for that part of the map. Communication is encrypted (HTTPS). Who operates these services is set out in section 8.
4. Links to other apps and websites
These links open only when you tap them. After that, the data are processed by the app or website concerned under its own policy, not by us.
Mapy.com (a third-party app or website) – navigation along the route, “Drive to the start” and accommodation on the map. The link contains the coordinates of the start, the waypoints and the destination of the route, or of the place shown – not your location. For “Drive to the start” it contains only the coordinates of the start of the route; Mapy.com itself determines where to plan the journey from, based on your settings in its app.
Google Maps – “By public transport”: the link contains the coordinates of the start of the route.
Accommodation – the website, phone number or email of the establishment according to OpenStreetMap. We receive no commission for these links.
App Store and Google Play – the page of the official Mountain Rescue Service (HZS) app and of our Inverzia app. If you have Inverzia installed, the app opens it directly at the viewpoint.
Websites laviny.sk, hzs.sk and tanap.sk and the websites of the data sources listed in the app under Sources and licences.
The 18 300 and 112 buttons only open the dialler on your phone. The call goes through your mobile operator, not through us.
5. Sharing and reporting an error
Send location (Safety), Send GPX (route detail) and sharing a photo with peak names or a picture of the view (What’s that peak?) open the system share sheet. You decide to whom and how you send the message or file; we receive nothing. The location message contains your coordinates, the GPS accuracy and a link to the place on Mapy.com; the GPX file contains the route with its start and destination; and the picture of the view contains a photo or a 3D image of the landscape with peak names (without coordinates).
Report an error in a route or in the app (Settings) opens your email app with a message to info@dorotty.cloud; the subject contains the app version. You send the email yourself. We process your address and the content of the message only to handle your request.
6. Permissions
Location (only while using the app): the app asks for it only on the screen of its own navigation, on the Safety screen or in the tools. It does not use location in the background. Without the permission the other features work; only the app’s own navigation, the coordinates on the Safety screen and the view from where you are standing do not (the compass shows magnetic north). You can withdraw the permission at any time – on iPhone: Settings → Privacy & Security → Location Services → Turista; on Android: Settings → Apps → Turista → Permissions → Location.
Camera: only in the What’s that peak? tool; the app asks for it only there. Without the permission it shows the view as a 3D image of the landscape. The app does not use the microphone. You can withdraw the permission in your phone’s settings (Turista → Camera).
Motion & Fitness (iPhone): the altimeter reads the barometer through the system motion interface. The app does not use the step counter or activity data. On Android, the sensors need no permission.
Notifications: reminder of a saved hike. The app asks for them when you save a hike; without them the hike is saved, just without a reminder. You can turn them off in your phone’s settings.
Vibration: an alert during the app’s own navigation when you leave the route.
Internet: map, weather and warnings (section 3).
7. Legal basis
Performance of a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR) – features you request: weather and warnings for the selected route, the map, navigation and the hike reminder.
Consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR) – device location and the camera, which you allow with the system permission. You can withdraw consent at any time in your phone’s settings without affecting the lawfulness of earlier processing.
Legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR) – operating and securing the map server and handling your emails.
8. Who receives the data and transfers outside the EU
We do not sell data or provide them for marketing purposes. To the extent described in sections 3 and 4, they reach these providers:
Cloudflare, Inc. (USA) – operates the map server and this website for us as a processor. It receives only the request for a part of the map or for the page, without cookies and without tracking visitors. Transfers to the USA are based on the adequacy decision under the EU–U.S. Data Privacy Framework or on standard contractual clauses in the data processing agreement.
Open-Meteo – operated by OpenMeteo GmbH, based in Switzerland, a country with an adequate level of data protection under a decision of the European Commission; according to its website, it has servers in Europe and North America. It is a third-party service that processes data under its own terms. Under them, it may keep request logs, including the IP address and coordinates, for up to 90 days for operation and protection against abuse.
OpenFreeMap – operated by Hyperknot Software Kft. (Hungary) under its own privacy policy: it does not use cookies, does not store IP addresses in access logs, deletes server logs after 7 days (after 30 days at the latest in the event of a security incident) and may use the Cloudflare network for delivery.
MeteoAlarm – a service of EUMETNET, the association of European national meteorological services.
Apple and Google – the App Store and Google Play handle installing and updating the app and, in doing so, process data as independent controllers under their own policies. If you allow sharing analytics or diagnostics with developers on your phone, they may provide us with aggregate statistics and app crash reports that do not identify you.
9. How long we keep data
Data on the phone (section 2): until you delete them in the app or uninstall the app. The app does not store location, the camera image or sensor data – the alignment snapshots and the frozen image are only temporary files that the app deletes itself.
Emails: until the request is handled and then for at most two years.
Technical data held by service providers (section 3): according to their policies, for example at most 90 days for Open-Meteo and usually 7 days for OpenFreeMap. We do not use technical data from our map server to identify you.
10. Your rights
You have the right of access to your data, to rectification, erasure, restriction of processing and portability, the right to object to processing based on legitimate interest and the right to withdraw consent at any time (you can turn off the location or camera permission in your phone’s settings). The app’s data are only on your phone, so we do not have them and cannot provide or delete them – you delete them yourself in the app or by uninstalling the app. Send your request or question to info@dorotty.cloud; we will reply within 30 days at the latest.
If you believe that we process data in breach of the law, you may lodge a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection of the Slovak Republic (Úrad na ochranu osobných údajov Slovenskej republiky), Hraničná 12, 820 07 Bratislava, dataprotection.gov.sk.
11. Children
The app is not intended for children under 16, and we do not knowingly process their personal data.
12. Changes
We may update this policy, for example when we add new features. The current version is always available at this address, and the date from which it applies is shown below the title. We will notify you of material changes in advance in the app.
